All kits in stock are ready to be shipped within 2-5 business days of your order being placed unless otherwise stated.
Shipping Rates
The shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Local orders usually ship free of charge.
For orders shipped to the United States of America, you will need, upon reception, to pay for all local taxes, duties and tariffs in order to clear customs.
Expedition is carried out by UPS, DHL. Expedited delivery services are available for extra fees.

Return Policy
Product must be in the original packaging and in new and resellable condition.
A product that was used, partially or fully installed is not returnable.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
All returns must be approved by filling out an RMA form or obtaining an RMA number by our service department.
The returned kit will not be accepted if no RMA number is attached.
All orders cancellations must be requested before shipment.
How to proceed with a return
You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The RMA will specify the exact address and include instructions on how to return the product. This make take between 1-3 days.
How to proceed with an exchange
You can use the return procedure by requesting an RMA for the kit you would like to exchange. Once the original kit ( or part) is received, we will process the exchange and send you the exchange kit (or part). If there is a price difference, you will get a refund or charge for the difference.
You can order the appropriate kit by phone or online so we can ship it to you as soon as possible. Then you will have to request an RMA using the return procedure for the kit ( or part) you would like to return. A refund will be issued once the original part is received.
Incorrect product? Defective or damaged?
If you ordered the wrong kit or the wrong kit was sent, if the kit was damaged or defective, please get in touch with or service department as soon as possible. Please do not try to install the kit. We will send you a replacement kit and give you a prepaid return label. The product MUST be returned within 30 days. If the kit was damaged during shipping, we will get the courier to pick it up.
If the replacement part is requested before we receive the original kit, a temporary charge will appear on your credit card or account until we receive the original kit.
Credits and refunds.
If your return is accepted, you will be issued a refund to the same payment method. The refund will be for the original price minus the shipping fees. You will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 5-7 days before the credit or refund appears on your payment method.
